It’s that time of year that we need to think about how we are going to use the bounty from the garden! Fermentation is a great way to preserve garden goodies to enjoy all winter long - ‘kraut, pickles, condiments and so much more to talk about. It’s easier than you think!

Kathy is an avid urban homesteader and proprietor of Sticks & Stones Briar with decades of experience in growing edible gardens in Alberta.
